    DH Pace Company, Inc., aspires to hire an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to represent our Entry Door Division for our commercial line of business in Atlanta and surrounding areas. You will have the opportunity to sell the following doors and door related products: Specialty Doors, Automatic Doors and Operators, Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Door Hardware, and Electrical Hardware.     Position Overview:

    You will have the opportunity to directly impact sales by cultivating new customers and fostering long-term relationships in Atlanta and surrounding areas.

    Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of Entry Doors and related door products and servicesCultivate sales with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Atlanta and surround areasDevelop scope of work for each proposal and personally handle every detail from initial call to closing the sale; must be proficient with Windows based programs and sales toolsMeet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standardsProvide timely, accurate estimates and proposalsMaintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) dailyOther duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    Prefer a minimum three (3) years of outside sales experience calling on business to business ideally calling on commercial accounts selling new construction or retrofit projects to both end-users and contractors; however, will consider other applicable experience, especially if "mechanical" type products have been soldMust possess a Valid Driver's LicenseBachelor's degree, highly preferredPossess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems

    Responsibilities:Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services.Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems, consultative salesCultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, hospitals, colleges, K-12 and municipalities in Dallas, TX and the surrounding areasMeet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standardsProvide timely, accurate estimates and proposalsMeet with existing and prospective customers, assess customers' needs, and sell technical and mechanical goods and servicesDevelop scope of work for each proposal and personally handle every detail from initial call to closing the saleFollow up quickly to close customer projects and participate in project management when necessaryMaintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) dailyOther duties as assignedRequirements:Two (2) years of sales experience calling on commercial accounts is preferred but not requiredStrong desire and ability to learn and compete in the security integration industryTechnical aptitude to work with Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Parking Revenue, Electrified Hardware, and other disciplines of electronic security is essentialMust possess valid driver's licenseMust be able to create detailed estimates and include product vendors and cabling subcontractors where applicableMust have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skillsMust be an aggressive hunter skilled in generating leads and developing new businessMeet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standardsProvide timely, accurate estimates and proposalsMaintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) dailyBachelor's degree highly preferredOther duties as assigned
