We are designer/manufacturer of industrial water treatment equipment in Cleveland, OH. We are seeking a Field Service Technician. For this position, we are seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual with technical knowledge. Responsibilities include starting up and supervising new system installations, troubleshoot and repair existing systems in the field, and shop work as necessary.
Requirements:
• Ability to use hand tools and electric tools
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent attendance
• Dependable transportation
• Up to 80% travel
• Technical understanding of industrial water and wastewater treatment (desirable)
• Previous experience with PLC programming, PVC pipefitting, and industrial wiring (desirable)
• Ability to get government contractor clearance
• Ability to read and follow blueprints (desirable)
