We are seeking an experienced Medical Scribe to join our busy family practice team.
Responsibilities:
Document patient encounters in real time during office visitsAccurately enter the history, physical exam, assessment, and plan into the EHRUpdate medication lists, allergies, and medical historyPrepare charts prior to appointments and assist with documentation completionEnter orders for provider review and signature, as permittedAssist with referrals, prior authorizations, and other clinical documentation as neededMaintain patient confidentiality and ensure accurate, timely documentationQualifications:
Previous medical scribe experience required (Family Practice or Primary Care preferred)Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)Strong knowledge of medical terminologyExcellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environmentPlease submit your resume and availability to apply.
