Derrevere Stevens Black & Cozad is seeking a highly experienced litigation attorney to join our Construction Defect Defense Practice Group. This is a remote position offering leadership opportunities within a collaborative and sophisticated litigation team.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of civil defense litigation experience, with a strong background in construction defect matters, including representing general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and other construction professionals. This position involves managing complex caseloads, leading litigation strategy, and maintaining strong client relationships.
