    General Statement of Duties:
    Responsible for front desk operations in a busy dermatology medical office, including patient check-in and check-out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting administrative needs to ensure an efficient and professional patient experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    Medical Scribing:

    Accurately document patient encounters in real-time within Nextech our electronic medical record (EMR)Record patient history, physical exams, procedures, and treatment plansAssist providers with chart completion to ensure timely and compliant documentationMaintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance


    Clinical Support:
