    Do you have a passion for using your sales and marketing skills in the healthcare world? Have you worked with an elderly population and their families helping them find the best care available? If so, we would love to have a conversation with you about joining our team as an Admissions / Marketing Coordinator at Aspire Physical Recovery Center at Hoover.

    The Admissions / Marketing Coordinator is responsible for generating and maintaining a positive facility census based on facility budgetary goals. This person will create and implement an effective and measurable marketing plan that involves key facility management personnel, act as liaison between the facility, Care Transition Coordinator and the referral community. They will monitor daily census results and adjust marketing plans accordingly. This employee will manage the referral approval process according to the Company Commit to Care guidelines and protocols. This position will also coordinate the entire admission process and assist the family with administrative questions.

    Qualifications:

    2 years of successful admission process experience preferred4-year degree is preferred; a 2 year degree in marketing, healthcare or related field is required.Demonstrated ability to proactively anticipate the needs of discharge planners, case managers, physicians and other referral contacts, family members, responsible parties, and facility staffDemonstrate exceptional customer service and public relation skillsDemonstrated ability to speak and present to the publicDemonstrated ability to work independently toward goalsAbility to travel within a sixty (60) mile radius of facility

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly detailed and proactive 911 Compliance Specialist to join our

    Professional Services team. This role is crucial for ensuring our clients' telephone

    systems maintain FCC compliance, with a strong focus on student safety. The ideal

    candidate will have several years of relevant experience, a deep understanding of

    compliance, and possess exceptional communication skills. This position reports

    directly to the Professional Services Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide Exceptional Service and Professionalism to our Clients

    Regularly research all FCC 911-related items to stay up-to-date on new and

    changing regulations.

    Keep the company up-to-date on compliance measures through training and

    documentation.

    Take full ownership of 911 compliance for clients, including pre-install,

    post-install, and auditing phases.

    Conduct regular audits of existing and new client telephone systems to ensure

    911 accuracy and compliance.

    Proactively communicate changes and updates regarding 911 regulations and

    client compliance status.

    Responsible for self-scheduling site visits and maintaining our SRO and POC

    lists.

    Travel to project sites as needed to perform 911 audits.

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Experience in a compliance, auditing, or telecommunications-related role.

    We're looking for someone who understands the importance of compliance,

    can drive change, and excels at documentation and auditing.

    Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) or a similar office suite. The

    ability to use formulas in a spreadsheet application (like Google Sheets or

    Excel) is a must.

    A natural accounting personality type: detail-oriented, driven, and takes full

    ownership of their work.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team. We need a self-starter

    who can become our company's foremost 911 expert.

    Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.

    Adaptable to new technologies and software programs.

    Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

    A strong commitment to student safety.

    Work Environment & Travel

    This is an on-site position based in Hoover, AL, with regular regional travel expected

    to client sites. A valid state driver's license and a safe driving record are required.

    Standard Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
