The Admissions / Marketing Coordinator is responsible for generating and maintaining a positive facility census based on facility budgetary goals. This person will create and implement an effective and measurable marketing plan that involves key facility management personnel, act as liaison between the facility, Care Transition Coordinator and the referral community. They will monitor daily census results and adjust marketing plans accordingly. This employee will manage the referral approval process according to the Company Commit to Care guidelines and protocols. This position will also coordinate the entire admission process and assist the family with administrative questions.
Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly detailed and proactive 911 Compliance Specialist to join our
Professional Services team. This role is crucial for ensuring our clients' telephone
systems maintain FCC compliance, with a strong focus on student safety. The ideal
candidate will have several years of relevant experience, a deep understanding of
compliance, and possess exceptional communication skills. This position reports
directly to the Professional Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Regularly research all FCC 911-related items to stay up-to-date on new and
changing regulations.
Keep the company up-to-date on compliance measures through training and
documentation.
Take full ownership of 911 compliance for clients, including pre-install,
post-install, and auditing phases.
Conduct regular audits of existing and new client telephone systems to ensure
911 accuracy and compliance.
Proactively communicate changes and updates regarding 911 regulations and
client compliance status.
Responsible for self-scheduling site visits and maintaining our SRO and POC
lists.
Travel to project sites as needed to perform 911 audits.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience in a compliance, auditing, or telecommunications-related role.
