We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Dental Front Desk Representative to join the team at Dentists of Scottsdale. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, text patients from our texting platform, present treatment plans and collect payments. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, reliable, on time, computer skills and is capable of multitasking. Willing to learn is a must!

Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred but not requiredExcellent communication skills with a commitment to customer serviceStrong work ethic and positive attitudeFamiliar with computers and Dentrix scheduling softwareExcellent multi-tasking skills
