IT Security Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Security Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about cybersecurity and eager to grow their skills in a dynamic environment. You will play a crucial role in monitoring and maintaining the security of our IT infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities, and supporting the implementation of effective security measures.
Job Duties:
Monitor and analyze security alerts from various tools and systems to identify potential threats.Assist in investigating and responding to security incidents, including root cause analysis and documentation.Analyze emails for threats such as phishing and malware.Collaborate with the IT team to implement and improve security protocols, policies, and procedures.Support the review of access controls and permissions across systems.Conduct research on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.Create and maintain documentation for incident reports, security policies, and training materials.Provide assistance with employee security awareness training and phishing simulation exercises.Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ years experience in Security Operations roleMust have a valid driver’s licenseWell-developed written and verbal communication skillsAssociate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredExcellent customer service is a must!Compensation:

Read LessWe are seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage and support our on-premises and cloud-based IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for system reliability, security, and performance, with a strong focus on Microsoft, Azure, and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Windows and Linux servers (on-prem and cloud).Manage users, permissions, and access (Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID).Monitor systems, performance, and security; troubleshoot issues as they arise.Maintain backups, patching, and disaster recovery processes.Support networking (DNS, IP configuration, subnets, routing, hybrid IaaS).Document configurations, procedures, and system changes.Collaborate with IT and business teams on projects and improvements.Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of system administration experience or equivalent.Windows Server and Linux administration.Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls).Virtualization (VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V).Microsoft Azure administration, including:Entra ID, VMs, VNETs, Storage Accounts, Key VaultsAzure Arc, SQL Managed Instances, Intune, Azure DevOpsMicrosoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint).Preferred Skills
SQL Server / MySQL (SSMS, basic query modification).Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Azure CLI, Bash.Monitoring tools: Datadog, Microsoft Sentinel.Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).Databricks experience is a plus.Ideal candidates will have experience with most of the technologies listed, as these systems are used daily.
