The Mass Tort Litigation Attorney will be comfortable with and responsible for researching legal issues, strategizing with department team members and representing clients in court. This role will focus heavily on high-profile sexual assault litigation involving rideshare and institutional abuse matters, as well as opioid-related mass tort cases.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing mass tort or complex plaintiff litigation matters from intake through resolution, with the ability to oversee case strategy, coordinate discovery, work with experts, and manage assigned paralegals and support staff.
