Description -Lead the creation and management of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans to guide business decisions. -Prepare regular financial reports with variance analysis and recommend adjustments to improve results. -Build and maintain financial models that support planning, investment decisions, and "what-if" scenarios. -Work closely with operations, sales, and other teams to align financial plans with company goals. -Analyze profitability, costs, and ROI to identify risks, trends, and new opportunities for growth.
