Your Responsibilities:
Support and resolve customer issues, including shipment tracking, credits, and product availabilityReview sales orders and correct, keep records of completed workAccountable for all aspects of order processing including customer orders purchase orders, receiving, and production of shipping documentsHandle packing and shippingAnswer incoming phone callsAssist with customer ordersSkills and Qualifications:
