    Summary of Position:

    The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is Denali Advanced Integration's hands-on technical authority for enterprise infrastructure. This role owns the full lifecycle of the infrastructure environment including VMware virtualization, Cisco UCS compute, Dell EMC storage, and Cohesity backup systems across the primary datacenter and secondary sites. Beyond day-to-day operations, this person is expected to assess the current state of the environment, identify gaps and risks, recommend modernization and improvement strategies, and lead execution of those initiatives. The Senior Infrastructure Engineer sets the technical standard for infrastructure practices at Denali, guides peers and crossfunctional teams, and serves as the primary point of contact for infrastructure vendors. 


    Essential Functions:

    Assess, evaluate, and document the current state of all infrastructure systems including VMware, Cisco UCS, Dell EMC, Cohesity, and supporting network equipment Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement across the infrastructure environment and provide actionable recommendations to leadership Lead infrastructure projects from scoping through execution including hardware deployments, environment upgrades, migrations, and testingServe as the technical lead and subject matter expert for all infrastructure-related decisions, guiding internal teams and informing cross-functional initiatives Manage, monitor, and maintain VMware, Cisco UCS, and Dell EMC infrastructure at the primary datacenter and all secondary sites Administer and optimize the Cohesity backup infrastructure to ensure backups operate reliably, efficiently, and at capacity Monitor ServiceNow and respond to infrastructure Alerts, Incidents, and Service Requests in alignment with defined SLAs and SOC Standards Ensure all LogicMonitor Alerts for Cohesity backups are resolved per policy and compliance requirements Ensure VMware, UCS, and Dell EMC environments are patched for critical vulnerabilities in accordance with security policy Manage vendor relationships with Dell, Broadcom/VMware, Cohesity, Cisco, and others — including support escalations, renewals, and roadmap alignment Plan and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) testing in alignment with business continuity requirements Establish and maintain infrastructure standards, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and configuration documentationCollaborate with the security and compliance team to ensure infrastructure meets SOC audit requirements Participate in on-call rotation and be available 24/7 for infrastructure-related outages and critical escalations Drive capacity planning and lifecycle management recommendations to keep the environment current and scalable

    Qualifications:

    Summary of Position:

    The IT Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the IT Operations team, including Desktop Support and Engineering functions. This role serves as the primary escalation point for technical issues from the business and owns the operational program for IT, including end-to-end management of all IT requests, incidents, and priorities. The IT Operations Manager runs IT operations as a managed program: setting daily and weekly cadence, driving structured standups, sequencing work, assigning ownership, and holding the team accountable to clear outcomes. This role leads Incident Management, Major Incident Management, and Change Management; defines and reports on the operational metrics that drive continuous improvement; and partners across ITS lanes to ensure work does not fall between owners.     Summary of Position:

    The Payroll Specialist serves as the senior individual contributor on the payroll team, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the organization’s multi-state and international payroll with a high degree of confidentiality and independence. Working with the Payroll Administrator, the Payroll Specialist owns end-to-end payroll execution, leads process improvement and compliance efforts, and serves as a subject matter expert and technical resource across the organization.
