The duties of this role are as follows:
Meet with customers to discuss what they are looking to get done.Designing the remodeling project around customers' needs or budgetsProcessing ordersTracking materialProviding a comprehensive construction design, demolition plan, and material listTop-level internet research skills – you should be a master at GoogleHandling a high degree of autonomy and responsibility from day one while thriving in a supportive team environmentCreative, conceptual, and customer-centric thinking as well as a deep technical understanding of the constructionProofreading and editing for grammar, spelling, and punctuationExecuting the deadlines with the client
Requirements of the job include:

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and hands-on Carpenter Foreman to assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily commercial construction operations. This position is ideal for a working foreman who leads by example and remains actively involved in the field. In addition to supervising crews and coordinating project activities, the Carpenter Foreman will perform commercial carpentry work, including drywall installation and finishing, painting, trim carpentry, framing, door and hardware installation, and other related carpentry tasks as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project oversight and coordinationAttend and participate in site meetings, reporting progress, schedules, and issuesLead and supervise commercial carpentry crews while maintaining productivity and quality standardsPerform hands-on carpentry work, including drywall, painting, trim work, framing, doors, hardware, punch-list items, and general commercial carpentry tasksSupervise demolition work and ensure it is performed safely and efficientlyMonitor labor productivity and address workforce issues as they ariseTrack and manage materials, tools, and equipment on siteCoordinate and oversee deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materialsCommunicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, project managers, and site personnelEnsure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standardsEnforce compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policiesIdentify and resolve jobsite issues to keep projects moving forwardInstall full tile bathrooms including durock, shower base liner, shower base, tile and groutQualifications
5+ years of commercial carpentry experience with supervisory or foreman experience preferredStrong knowledge of drywall, painting, trim carpentry, framing, doors, hardware, and general commercial construction practicesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specificationsStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of demolition practices and construction site protocolsProficient in coordinating labor, materials, and jobsite logisticsReliable, self-motivated, and able to work full-time on siteValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredBenefits
