ResponsibilitiesA sales associate is responsible for making outbound calls to small to medium sized business owners (merchants) across the nation to obtain processing statements for sales consultants to analyze for savings and services. The junior sales coordinator will provide administrative support by managing the callback schedule and merchant follow-ups. They will work closely with the sales manager to retrieve documents for pending accounts.
