    You'll work closely with our dynamic Finance and Accounting leadership team, including the Accounting Manager, VP of Finance, and Chief Financial Officer.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Perform entries related to revenue recognition, fixed asset accounting, and employee expense accounting.
    • Perform assigned month-end expense accruals and allocations.
    • Transform large data sets accurately to form for entry into the accounting system.
    • Partner with business leaders on capturing monthly activity accurately.
    • Complete assigned reconciliations.
    • Apply accounting knowledge to resolve discrepancies in compliance with GAAP.
    • Prepare financial statements for subsidiaries as assigned.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and anomalies.
    • Analyze variances and provide insight into performance trends.
    • Assist finance leadership with ad-hoc analysis and special projects as assigned.

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • We welcome candidates with a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
    • 3+ years of proven understanding of and practical experience applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
    • Proven exposure to an ERP system. Netsuite experience preferred.

    Position Summary:

    As a Delta Defense Account Executive, you will create a robust pipeline through pursuing, building, and maintaining professional relationships with gun ranges, retailers, and firearms instructors in your territory. Through those relationships, you will share the USCCA story in group presentations. By using effective closing techniques you will provide individuals with education, training, and self-defense liability insurance benefits through USCCA membership.

    Position Summary:

    This position is based at our corporate headquarters in West Bend, Wisconsin and requires a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

    As a Senior Analytics Engineer at Delta Defense, you'll play a pivotal role in our cross-functional team, providing hands-on technical leadership. Your expertise will transform raw and operational data from diverse sources into robust, business-focused technology solutions. These solutions will empower the organization by enabling the reporting of KPIs, metrics, and insights.

    A key requirement for this role is proficiency with dbt technology, which will be essential in driving our data transformation processes.     • Lead the development of data pipelines that integrate complex and disparate data sources in order to create clean, tested, and reusable datasets ready for analysis.

    Position Summary:

    As a Digital Conversion Specialist on the Member Experience & Retention team, you will apply your digital acquisition and funnel-building expertise to improve member retention, reduce churn, increase member engagement, and support winback efforts.

    Rather than converting prospects into members, your focus will be on retaining current members and re-engaging former or at-risk ones. Through strategic funnel thinking, persuasive copywriting, and campaign development, you'll build experiences that continually reinforce the value of membership and deepen the connection between our members and our mission.

    You'll use your deep understanding of traffic strategy, email sequencing, offer structuring, landing page optimization, and digital persuasion to craft communications that keep members informed, inspired, and invested in staying.     Position Summary:

    As a Training Development Manager focused on curriculum development, your primary responsibility is to craft, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs and materials tailored for our USCCA members.

    In this role, you'll partner with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and key stakeholders to create dynamic and effective learning journeys. Your work will require a combination of creativity, instructional design acumen, and technical proficiency to deliver top-tier training products that support our organizational goals in the Education & Training Group.

    You are charged with developing the curriculum, not training the curriculum. Our official partners, certified instructors, and our members will benefit from the learning journeys you create. From personal protection, situational awareness, concealed carry, home defense fundamentals, live fire, and non-lethal weapons, the training content you curate will further our mission to save lives.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Needs Analysis:
      • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills within target audiences.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements and objectives.
    • Curriculum Design:
      • Design comprehensive training curricula that align with organizational goals and learner needs.
      • Create detailed outlines, lesson plans, and learning objectives for each module or course.
    • Content Development:
      • Develop engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, and multimedia content.
      • Utilize a variety of instructional methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
    • Collaboration:
      • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, graphic designers, multimedia and marketing specialists, to ensure the seamless integration of content.
      • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and subject matter experts into the development process.
      • Contribute to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting.
    • Technology Integration:
      • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in e-learning and instructional design.
      • Utilize authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and other relevant technologies to deliver and track training content.
    • Quality Assurance :
      • Conduct quality assurance checks on training materials to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and alignment with learning objectives.
      • Revise and update training content based on feedback and changing organizational needs.
    • Evaluation and Metrics:
      • Develop assessment tools and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
      • Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
    • Documentation:
      • Create documentation for trainers and end-users, including facilitator guides, participant handouts, and user manuals.
      • Maintain organized records of training materials and versions.

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field or relevant experience in curriculum development is required.
    • Knowledge, comfort, and experience with firearms and firearms/self-defense training is required.
    • Proven experience in instructional design and training content development.
    • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems. Experience with building e-learning courses and advance proficiency in e-learning development tools (i.e. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.) is a plus.
    • Ability to lead through influence.
    • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with agile development methodologies preferred.
    • Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
    • Creativity in designing engaging and interactive learning experiences. Experience with creating multimedia content (videos, simulations, etc.) preferred.
    • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
    • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
    • Ability to identify and solve for inefficiencies in processes.
