  Position Summary

  Del’s Appliance Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled and dependable Appliance Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of residential appliances. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, mechanically inclined, and able to work independently while representing our company with professionalism.

  Key Responsibilities

  Diagnose and repair household appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and moreAccurately identify issues and recommend effective solutionsComplete service calls in a timely and efficient mannerProvide excellent customer service and explain repairs to customers clearlyMaintain proper documentation of work performed, parts used, and customer signaturesEnsure company vehicle is stocked, clean, and organizedFollow all safety procedures and company guidelinesCollect payments when necessary and verify accuracy

  Qualifications

  Previous appliance repair experience preferred (or strong mechanical aptitude)Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systemsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyMust be reliable, punctual, and professional

  Preferred Skills (Not Required)

  EPA certificationHVAC knowledge or experienceExperience with sealed systems or refrigeration

  Physical Requirements

  Ability to lift 50+ lbsFrequent bending, kneeling, and standingAbility to work in various home environments
