Your Role
After comprehensive onboarding and training at our U.S. office in Sudbury and headquarters in Germany, you will play a vital role in expanding DELO's customer base and delivering state-of-the-art adhesive and processing solutions. You will:
Identify and develop new sales opportunities to increase our customer baseDesign and develop complex technical adhesive solutions across multiple high-tech sectorsCollaborate closely with executives and engineering teams both locally and in GermanyLead start-up project development and provide ongoing customer supportManage internal and external projects with clear communication and coordinationBuild and grow a local sales networkRepresent DELO at trade shows and industry eventsRequired profile:
What You Bring
Based in the Bay Area (San José), CaliforniaBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Process, Materials, Physical Engineering or a related technical field (Master's degree a plus)5+ years of experience in a technical corporate environmentAt least 2 years of experience in customer support; sales experience is a strong advantageProven track record of solving complex technical problemsNo prior adhesives experience necessary - intensive training provided in GermanyWillingness to travel as requiredCompany description:
