About the Role The Delivery Driver plays a key role in ensuring the timely and safe transportation of fresh floral products to our customers. Delaware Valley Floral Group is currently seeking a Full-Time Van Driver to join our Indianapolis Distribution Team. This is a full-time role responsible for operating a refrigerated van to deliver fresh floral products to flower shops throughout the Indianapolis, IN area. What You'll Do Safely operate a company van to transport floral products for daily deliveries Ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining product quality during transport Load and unload shipments while properly handling floral products and related supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle while reporting any maintenance concerns Use pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse tools to move and manage inventory efficiently Follow assigned delivery routes using GPS or maps to maximize efficiency and meet delivery timelines Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations Work Environment
