    What will you do? Unload, unpack, and inspect shipments of products, and report any damage, missing items, or inconsistencies Price items with appropriate mark-ups and labeling for inventory control Maintain the recycling program, including the collection and organization of cardboard Aid in the maintenance of merchandise counts, daily records, and transfers within the inventory system Assist in physical inventories and inform the supervisor of any low or overabundance in stock Valid driver's license required to operate the company vehicle.

    More about you At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse with shipping and receiving duties or related experience preferred. Must have good communication skills, verbal and written. Computer knowledge, data entry, and inventory system experience preferred. Ability to handle counts accurately and basic math skills are required. Safe operation of the pallet jack and box truck, and use of the ladder.Requires a valid driver's license and the ability to safely operate a company vehicle during inclement weather.

    Physical requirements This position requires physical stamina to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Requires the ability to ascend and descend ladders approximately 20 feet high to place and retrieve products weighing approximately 25 pounds, or as safely as possible. May use a step stool and occasional stairs. Requires standing and walking the entirety of the shift with frequent grasping, bending, stooping, carrying, and reaching above the shoulders. Visual acuity to work with computers, paperwork, tags, and small items. Exposure to and use of chemicals required to clean and sanitize areas, surfaces, and equipment.
