What will you do? What will you do? Prepares, verifies, and processes invoices. Prepares and mails bills or statements and prepares lists of outstanding bills payable. Files and maintains clerical records and reports pertinent information to accounting and bookkeeping or technical operations. Updates and reconciles inventory database on regular basis. Assists with account reconciliation for reports needed by Accounting Manager or Controller. Audits voids daily to account for trends or large variances. Answers telephone questions relating to accounts payable and outstanding balances and processes adjustments to guest bills. Audit and proof accounting or other reports for clerical accuracy and conformance to departmental, county, and state procedures. Assists with preparation of month-end accounts receivable statements, reports, and analysis. May perform secretarial functions as needed for an assigned staff member(s). May assist on an event day. Performs other duties as assigned.

What will you do? Aid in the supervision and observation of performance for the dishwashers and porters under the direction of the Sous Chef Ensure food items and kitchen utensils are prepared according to Delaware North standards of quality, consistency, and timelines Maintain and enforce sanitation procedures and organization of the work area Utilizes and sanitizes kitchen equipment for the preparation of food items such as knives, slicers, whisks, pots, pans, warmers, steamers, grills, ovens, etc. Ensures proper food temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines Ensures workstation and equipment are clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked Meet all health department standards for safe food handling and operate equipment safely, determined by position and OSHA regulations
More about you Must be at least 18 years old Minimum of 6 months- 1 year of previous experience in a back-of-the-house food-service position preferred High school education is desired; participation/enrollment in a culinary program is preferred Familiarity and experience with knife handling preferred
Physical requirements Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, blend, whip, etc., a variety of foods and liquids Ability to lift and carry large pans from ovens or freezers, weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to handle or operate dangerous kitchen equipment Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift, frequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at the waist, and bend and squat Pushing and pulling occasionally, to move equipment, mops, and brooms
