AFRL plans and executes USAF programs in the areas of basic research, exploratory development, and advanced development. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.Active CompTIA Security+ or DoD 8570 equivalentAt least 5 years of experience in a system administration role with progressively increasing responsibilities.Expertise in Windows Server operating systems.Strong experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.Experience with storage technologies such as SAN/NAS, RAID, and disk arrays.Solid understanding of networking protocols and services including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.Strong knowledge of security best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and prevention systems.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Benefits
