CDL Class B Driver – Regional Routes (NJ to Washington, DC)
Overview
Deep Foods, Inc. is seeking a reliable, safety-focused CDL Class B Driver to join our food distribution team. In this role, you will operate a 26-ft box truck delivering food products to customer locations across New Jersey and along the North Coast corridor, with routes extending as far as Washington, DC and Boston.
Our drivers play a vital role in our operations, they are the face of our company on the road and at customer locations. We’re looking for someone professional, dependable, and comfortable with regional travel.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a 26-ft box truck for multi-stop deliveriesDeliver products throughout NJ and regional routes up to Washington, DCLoad and unload products efficiently and safelyPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsMaintain accurate logs, mileage records, and delivery documentationFollow all DOT, state, and federal transportation regulationsCoordinate with warehouse staff to verify product accuracy and conditionCommunicate with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or issuesProvide professional, customer-focused service at every stopRequirements
Valid CDL Class B licenseMinimum 2 years of commercial driving experienceClean driving recordKnowledge of transportation safety and DOT regulationsAbility to lift and move heavy items as neededStrong time management and organizational skillsReliable, punctual, and safety-orientedGood communication skills and a positive attitudeOvernight staying as needed Willingness to travel regionally from New Jersey to Washington, DCPay & Benefits

Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Turret Operator for our First Shift to join our manufacturing team at our Union, NJ location. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient operation of turret machines that support our production.
Responsibilities:
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot issues promptly.Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.Assist in setup and calibration of machinery as needed.Document operational activities accurately.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.Qualifications
