    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated dayshift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at DeCoach Recovery. The LPN will play a crucial role in our residential treatment program, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality medical care and support throughout their recovery journey. This position requires a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals struggling with addiction.


    Responsibilities:

    Provide nursing care and support to clients undergoing addiction treatment in a residential setting.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician or nurse practitioner.Monitor clients' vital signs and overall health status, reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team.Assist with medical assessments, screenings, and intake processes for new clients.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, and counselors to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Educate and counsel clients on health management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery.Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation according to regulatory standards.Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

    Qualifications:

As a Financial Navigator, you will help guide patients and clients through complex financial challenges, help secure financial assistance, optimize insurance benefits, and establish payment plans to reduce out-of-pocket costs and alleviate financial stress.

    Key ResponsibilitiesInsurance Optimization: Verify client insurance benefits, explain coverage details (deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums), and help resolve claims or authorization issues.Financial Assistance: Screen clients for eligibility and assist with applications for financial aid, foundation grants, prescription co-pay programs, and government safety-net services.Billing Support: Estimate treatment or service costs, set up manageable payment plans, and act as a liaison between the client and billing departments.Resource Referral: Connect clients with external community resources for housing, utilities, and other socioeconomic support systems.
