Key responsibilities include:
Supervise Nursing & CNA Staff – Guide and support the team to ensure compliance with standards and quality of care.
Review & Adjust Care Plans – Address issues, track progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement changes.
Monitor Quality Measures – Prepare and evaluate reports to support continuous care improvement.

We have our eye out for compassionate, professional, and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in the Elberton, GA area to provide direct resident care under the guidance of licensed practical nurses.
