Debski & Associates, P.A. is looking for Spanish/English Bi-lingual candidates to join our legal customer service collections team. The primary responsibility of this position is the ability to handle inbound/outbound calls with additional responsibilities to assist the attorney to prepare for legal action or resolve lawsuits. Additional responsibilities include the following:
Contact consumers regarding file in the office for resolution.Need to be detailed oriented and be able to work in fast-paced environmentNeed to be able to utilize the computer and internet to skip trace and gather informationAbility to negotiate and build confidence to resolve accountsAbility to work Evenings until 6pmIn Office position onlyMust be reliableQualifications:

We are a statewide Litigation firm based in Jacksonville, Florida and are AV rated by Martindale Hubbell. Our firm is a considered a small firm with only 12-14 people and therefore being crossed trained on many aspects of the firm will be provided.
A qualified candidate will have the following skills:
