    Dean's Professional Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist Clinical Specialist to support a leading, patient-centered healthcare system in The Woodlands, TX.     Responsibilities

    Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans for patients from infancy through adulthood

    Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and reassessments in accordance with hospital and departmental guidelines

    Establish measurable short- and long-term treatment goals in collaboration with patients and their families

    Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence, mobility, motor skills, and overall quality of life

    Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as appropriate, and recommend discharge when treatment goals are achieved

    Recommend adaptive equipment and educate patients and caregivers on proper use and home exercise programs

    Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes

    Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

    Demonstrate advanced clinical competency within a pediatric outpatient specialty practice

    Effectively manage daily caseload while meeting departmental productivity and quality standards

    Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and support departmental excellence

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required

    Active Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license required

    Minimum of 2 years of pediatric, women's health, orthopedic, or sports medicine clinical experience, orCompletion of a 1-year pediatric, women's health, orthopedic, or sports medicine residency

    Pediatric outpatient experience strongly preferred

    Thorough knowledge of rehabilitation principles for acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan

    Excellent clinical assessment, treatment planning, and patient education skills

    Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams

    DPS is now hiring a Nurse Practitioner for an Urgent Care Facility in Katy, TX Dean’s Professional Services has partnered with healthcare facilities, government organizations, and corporations to provide job opportunities.

    Nurse Practitioner Job Details:
    Location: Katy, TX
    Schedule: 7:45am - 9:00pm (Days vary, may include weekends)
    Starting Pay Rate: $55.00 hour (based on experience)

    Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:

    Perform comprehensive medical evaluations, including history and physical examinations, for patients with acute illnesses and injuries.Diagnose and manage a wide range of urgent care conditions in accordance with evidence-based practice and clinical protocols.Demonstrate proficiency in suturing and wound closure techniques, including management of lacerations and minor procedures.Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory studies, imaging, and point-of-care testing.Prescribe medications and treatment plans in compliance with state and federal regulations.Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).Adhere to all clinical, safety, regulatory, and infection control standards.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a positive patient care environment.

    Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent, required. Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the applicable state.Current DEA registration required.DOT Certification preferred

    Job Requirements:

    Minimum of 1 year of experience in urgent care or emergency medicine required.Documented competency in suturing and wound closure techniques required.Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and procedural skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
