Location: Remote (Hybrid) - Must Reside in Houston, TX
Starting Rate: $72/hr (based on experience)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking an IT Programmer Analyst to join Memorial Hermann Health System. This role is responsible for conducting moderate to complex analysis in assigned areas, including monitoring resources, evaluating processes, and presenting historical information and trends to ensure optimal departmental effectiveness.

Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking an IT Programmer Analyst to support enterprise ERP and business applications for a large healthcare organization. This role focuses on application support, system analysis, and workflow optimization across Finance, Supply Chain, and Payroll systems.
Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical support for ERP and business applications.Support Infor Lawson applications using Lawson 4GL, COBOL, SQL, and ProcessFlow.Develop and maintain workflows, notifications, and system integrations using Infor Process Automation (IPA).Create and support batch jobs, programs, and scripts to automate business processes.Perform moderate to complex system and process analysis.Support Finance, Supply Chain, and Payroll modules.Analyze trends, evaluate workflows, and present findings to stakeholders.Support non-Infor Lawson applications as needed.Participate in on-call rotation.Qualifications
5+ years of experience in application support or systems analysis.Strong functional knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, and Payroll systems.Proficiency with Infor Lawson technologies (4GL, COBOL, SQL, ProcessFlow, IPA).Experience supporting ERP systems in a healthcare or enterprise environment.Ability to work a hybrid schedule and participate in on-call support.Preferred:
Experience with Lawson Design Studio (LDS) and UI customizations.Experience with non-core Infor Lawson applications.Previous experience with Oracle Fusion or ERP migrations.Why Join Us?
