    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide exceptional chairside assistance during dental procedures

    Prepare patients for exams and educate them on post-treatment care and oral hygiene

    Take and upload dental x-rays (as applicable by location)

    Set up treatment trays and maintain cleanliness and readiness of operatory and hygiene areas

    Sterilize instruments and ensure proper infection control protocols are followed

    Document patient treatment plans and procedure details accurately in EMR (EPIC)

    Assist with procedures such as suctioning, suture cutting, and retraction during surgical treatments

    Mix materials for impressions and fillings, pour and trim dental models, and fabricate custom trays

    Uphold strict adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards

    Requirements:

    Summary

    The Clinical Study Manager (CSM) is responsible for overseeing a variety of clinical and research studies from ideation and startup through completion. This may include investigator-initiated trials (IITs), industry-sponsored trials (ISTs), investigator-initiated studies (IISs), industry-sponsored observational studies, and/or high-priority internal research initiatives.

    Key responsibilities include managing timelines for study deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, and serving as the main point of communication with internal stakeholders, sponsors, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), and vendors. The CSM ensures studies are conducted in accordance with protocols, legal agreements, ICH-GCP guidelines, and standard operating procedures. This role provides leadership and expertise to support study startup, daily operations, and milestone management.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Ensure all contracted study deliverables and milestones are met within expected timelines and quality standards

    Develop and maintain project plans, tracking tools, and study status reports

    Oversee study activation and startup processes, ensuring compliance and documentation

    Train and support study teams on processes, GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements

    Monitor study activity, risks, and out-of-scope work; escalate issues when necessary

    Coordinate and lead meetings, document action items, and track study communications

    Maintain study files (eTMFs, eBinders, shared drives) and perform regular document audits

    Manage sponsors, CROs, vendors, and contracts, including amendments

    Contribute to process improvements, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency

    Create reports, training materials, and documentation to support study conduct

    Limited travel may be required for conferences or team meetings

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee Omnicell, OptiFlex, and Floor Stock Carts to ensure accurate cost and revenue reporting.

    Ensure supply charges are collected and processed in compliance with IDS policy.

    Collaborate with Nursing to review discrepancies and improve charge capture compliance.

    Provide reporting on financial, productivity, and operational performance.

    Optimize inventory levels to balance service levels and cost reduction.

    Conduct data analysis to maintain par levels and monitor usage trends.

    Lead nurse management operational meetings and provide resolutions to service issues.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology (or related healthcare/technical field).

    AMT or ASCP certification required.

    Blood bank experience is a must.

    5+ years in logistics/distribution and 2+ years in supervisory/management preferred.

    Important Details:
