Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDealerFLEX is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Loaner Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of a dealership's courtesy vehicle program in Chamblee, GA. In this role, you'll help ensure loaner vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for customers while delivering an exceptional service experience from vehicle pickup through return.

Welcome customers and explain the dealership's courtesy vehicle programCoordinate daily loaner vehicle reservations, pickups, and returnsComplete vehicle inspections before and after each loanEnsure vehicles are fueled, cleaned, charged, and ready for the next customerVerify driver's licenses, insurance, and loaner agreementsTrack vehicle availability and maintain accurate electronic recordsCoordinate maintenance and repairs to keep the fleet operating efficientlyWork closely with service advisors to deliver an outstanding customer experienceWhat We're Looking For
Previous customer service, dealership, rental car, hospitality, or fleet experience preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable using computers and dealership softwareAble to multitask and stay organized in a busy environmentValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to safely operate automatic vehicles (manual transmission is a plus)Physical & Working Conditions
