We are seeking an experienced and driven Dealership Service Valet Attendant to lead daily operations within our vehicle reconditioning (Recon) department in Miami Gardens, FL. This role is vital to maintaining high service standards, supporting team development, and ensuring operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and business-minded-with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving team success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Leadership
Oversee day-to-day workflow in detailing and recon operationsPrioritize tasks to ensure timely service completion and client satisfactionEnforce safety protocols, company policies, and compliance standardsMaintain high-quality standards through regular inspections and coachingTeam & Performance Management
Supervise detail team members and hold them accountable for performanceDrive productivity while promoting continuous improvement and developmentManage labor costs and payroll to support departmental profitabilityProvide mentorship, training, and recognition to support employee growthClient & Communication Management
Act as a liaison between internal teams and dealership clientsPromote strong client relationships through professional communication and serviceNavigate scheduling platforms and reporting tools to manage workflowProvide timely updates and resolve issues proactivelyFacility & Financial Oversight
