Position Overview
Red Bud Regional Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our Rural Health Clinic team. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to individuals and families in a supportive, community-based setting. The physician will play an integral role in improving access to quality healthcare for residents of Red Bud and surrounding rural communities.
This position includes a guaranteed salary of $260,000 plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus as part of a competitive compensation package.
Key Responsibilities
Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.Perform routine health screenings, preventive care, immunizations, and patient education.Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and specialists to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.Accurately and promptly document patient care in the electronic medical record.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines.Maintain compliance with hospital, clinic, and regulatory policies.Foster strong provider-patient relationships and contribute to a positive team culture within the rural health community.
Qualifications
