Mid-sized law firm in East Norriton, PA, seeks an experienced litigation paralegal to assist its Large Loss Property Subrogation practice. Position requires high-level organizational abilities and inclination toward persistent follow-up. Among other duties, the ideal candidate will be capable of handling the following:• Preparing correspondence and legal documents (including notice letters, pleadings, discovery motions, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and Releases, as well as settlement- and court-conference summaries and pre-trial memoranda).• Performing investigative inquiries and background research, as well as ensuring preservation of loss scenes and physical evidence, coordinating expert assignments, and scheduling scene inspections and evidence exams.• Managing trial preparation: marshaling exhibits, pleadings, subpoenas, witnesses, etc.• Interviewing experts as to findings and opinions, and conferring with lawyers re: same.• Drafting status updates for clients.
