Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-outHandle reservations, phone calls, and guest requests efficiently using IHG systemsMaintain accurate records and ensure smooth front desk operationsResolve guest concerns promptly and provide outstanding serviceCommunicate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesAssist with Park, Sleep & Fly packages offered at the hotelPerform other duties as assigned to support daily hotel operationRequirements:
At least 1 year of experience working at an IHG property (REQUIRED) or strong Customer service experienceIT background would be welcome as wellStrong customer service and communication skillsFamiliarity with IHG systems (e.g., Hotel Key)Dependable, professional, and self-motivatedAble to work evening, weekend, and holiday shiftsTeam PlayerBenefits:
