Dazzling Tots Learning Center of West Chester is a childcare and learning center that offers parents a safe and nurturing environment for their children to learn through play and exploration. We are seeking a loving and knowledgable Lead Teacher! The Lead Teacher position is full-time and the closing shift is available. Our hours of operation are 6:30am-6:00pm
Candidate Requirements:
The responsibilities of the Lead Teacher include, but are not limited to:
Provide a loving and nurturing environment for Toddlers ages 1.5 - 3 yearsMaintain a healthy, safe, and clean classroomPlan, prepare and implement age-appropriate lessonsFollow all state licensing rules for childcare centersCommunicate professionally with parents and other staffRecord accurate electronic daily reports for each childBe willing to participate in ongoing professional developmentWe offer full-time employees paid holidays, and 401k.
