Position: Kitchen Business Development, Sales & Design Coordinator
Location: DAX International showrooms in South Florida
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate kitchen sales across all DAX International locations.Support and develop the kitchen business line in collaboration with sales teams across showrooms.Advise clients on kitchen remodeling projects, offering solutions tailored to their needs.Present and explain the features and benefits of kitchen products, including cabinets, countertops, sinks, kitchen faucets, tiles (backsplash and flooring), hardware, and mirrors.Stay current on kitchen design trends, materials, and innovative products.Collaborate closely with in-house kitchen designers and technical staff to ensure project success.Prepare accurate quotes and proposals in coordination with the design team.Manage sales processes and customer interactions through internal systems (ERP/SAP).Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the kitchen business line.Requirements:
Proven experience in technical sales of kitchen products or in interior design sales.Strong knowledge of kitchen remodeling materials (cabinets, surfaces, faucets, tiles, hardware, mirrors, etc.).Ability to provide expert advice on design and product selection.Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).Strong team player who can collaborate with designers, sales staff, and installers.Bilingual (English and Spanish).Previous experience in design, remodeling, or construction showrooms is highly valued.We offer:

Position Overview
As a Kitchen & Bath Sales Representative, you will guide clients through the selection process, combining sales expertise with design-oriented guidance to help them transform their spaces while achieving strong sales results.
Responsibilities
· Advise customers by providing expert guidance on kitchen and bathroom remodeling products.
· Build relationships with homeowners, designers, contractors, and architects to drive sales.
· Assist clients in selecting products aligned with their design vision and project needs.
· Prepare accurate estimates and recommendations based on space planning and style preferences.
· Process sales transactions and follow-up on customer inquiries in a timely manner.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and innovations to provide top-level service.
· Advise clients on kitchen cabinetry solutions, layouts, finishes, accessories, and remodeling possibilities according to project requirements.
· Assist customers in selecting kitchen products based on style, functionality, dimensions, and space optimization.
· Interpret measurements, floor plans, and kitchen space requirements to support product recommendations and project development.
· Prepare estimates, quotations, and commercial proposals aligned with design and technical specifications.
· Support kitchen project follow-up from initial consultation through final sales closing.
· Build strong relationships with homeowners, designers, contractors, architects, and developers.
· Maintain updated knowledge of kitchen trends, cabinetry systems, materials, and design innovations.
· Use design-oriented criteria and, when applicable, kitchen design software to support customer presentations.
Requirements
· Proven sales experience in home remodeling, construction, interior design, or showroom sales.
· Experience in kitchen and bath design, remodeling, architecture, or related sales is a plus.
· Proven experience in kitchen sales, cabinetry, remodeling, interior design, or showroom sales.
· Strong knowledge of kitchen layouts, cabinetry systems, finishes, and space planning.
· Experience reading measurements, floor plans, or customer project dimensions.
· Experience with kitchen design software is highly valued.
· Ability to combine technical advisory with strong sales performance.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish.
· Strong negotiation skills and ability to build solid customer relationships.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
· Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
