Position Summary

Essential Functions
Maintain neatness and organization of parts areaPrepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issuedIssue or distribute materials, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers, based on information from work orders, purchase orders or requisitions.Placing orders via phone, email or web portals with multiple vendorsReceive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computerPack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, or storage yardsVerify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errorsStore items in an orderly and accessible manner in stockrooms, or other areas.Various administrative tasks such as processing work orders and other documents.Positive interface with fellow employees, supervisors, and customers.Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations.Other tasks as assigned.

Essential Functions
Marketing and sales for the Elk Mound branch and surrounding area.Evaluating job sites to provide the most efficient and effective way to perform the task safely, and then providing the customer a professional quote.Daily input into the CRM system of all existing and potential customer interaction.Coordinating sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers.Communicating with management by submitting activity and results reports on a regular basis.Analyzing current marketplace information on pricing, available products, marketing and merchandising techniques, etc.Submitting recommendations on changes in products, services, policies, etc., based on evaluation of current competitive developments.Providing great Customer Service by investigating customer complaints, developing solutions and making recommendations to management.Maintaining records on area and customer sales; providing historical reports. The successful candidate would be required to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending technical workshops, reviewing professional and industry-related publications, establishing personal networks, etc.Skills and Experience Requirements
Customer Service oriented; good communication skills; closing skills, territory management; prospecting, presentation and negotiation skills; self-confidence and motivation; product knowledge and ability to maintain client relationships.Tech savvy - Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM, and Apple products.Crane/Aerial Rental, or Construction Equipment Rental experience highly desired.Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.Benefits

Dawes Rigging and Crane Rental, located in Elk Mound is seeking an is seeking an Dispatch & Logistics Associate to provide Administrative support to the Dispatch and Logistics functions of the branch. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits package in a casual office environment.
Essential Functions
They keep records, logs, and schedules of the calls they make and/or receive, the vehicle and equipment they monitor and control, and the actions they take.They ensure on time delivery of cranes and support equipment to job sites.Maintaining correct files for Safety compliance, DOT/FMCSA regulations and Insurance requirements.Secure permits, escorts, and flagmen. Ensure company drivers maintain compliance with HOS and safety regulations.Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.Assist with annual tag acquisitions. (IRP Apportion tags / IFTA) .Will also assist in other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by Branch Manager.Skills and Experience Requirements
Experienced in trucking and dispatch functions.Knowledge of the permitting process for oversize loads.Strong organizational skills.Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed.Able to sit for longs periods of time.Able to use phone, computer and other office equipment.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Benefits

Position Summary
Dawes Rigging and Crane Rental located in Kaukauna, WI is seeking an Aerial Lift Service Technician & Mechanic. Hands-on experience with aerial lifts and scissor lifts is a big plus but training may be provided to the right individual. This is a full-time, non-exempt, Union position. The successful candidate will be required to join IUOE Local 139, assistance with joining will be provided.

Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all makes of aerial boom and scissor liftsDiagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components as neededReads, understands and interprets operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and technical drawingsPositive interface with service writers, supervisor, parts department and customersPrepare proper documentation of actions takenAble to work with diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairsMaintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulationsOther duties assigned
Skills and Experience Requirements
Manufacturer’s training will be an integral part of this position. Applicant must be willing to learn new computer, electronic and hydraulic systems, follow safety guidelines as they evolve in our industry, and remain certified within the various portions of our field such as assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting.
