On a typical day you will: Manage and maintain financial systems, including Aderant Expert, Chrome River, Intapp Time, Sage and other systems, as assigned. Serve as finance technology lead for various financial technology projects, including software implementations and upgrades, template development and integrations to the financial systems. Works in unison with the finance and IT teams to ensure ongoing system functionality while maintaining a high level of governance and oversight. Proactively identifies and implements system improvements and process enhancements. Determinedly troubleshoots financial system issues. Oversee systems maintenance, upgrades and configuration. The selected paralegal will work with the firm's Litigation practice group to handle a high-volume of subpoena responses for the firm's institutional clients. The selected paralegal may work remotely but should be prepared to support West Coast business hours. The selected paralegal clerk will be responsible for tracking, assigning, and assisting in drafting responses to subpoenas, managing high-volume litigation databases, escalating legal questions, and other tasks as needed in support of litigation matters. Close attention to detail, sound judgment, excellent writing skills, and careful organization are needed.
