    Individuals in this role need to have a strong knowledge of transportation engineering principles, practices, and standards with experience using traffic analysis software. Operating in both the public and private sectors, the ideal candidate would be aware of all local, state, and federal regulations as they relate to those areas. Depending on availability and level of workload, this position could be full-time or part-time. Pay will be negotiated based on these factors and the experience of the candidate.

A minimum of four (4) years of related experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and the demonstrated ability to market and work with municipalities and regulatory agencies is expected. The preferred candidate shall possess a professional engineering license in the state of Maryland or Delaware or have the ability to obtain licensure within 12 months of employment.
