    Compensation:

    Responsibilities:Attend pre-scheduled appointments with qualified buyers and sellers arranged by our ISA team.Follow the team’s proven sales process from the initial appointment through signed contract.Negotiate offers and contracts with guidance and support from the team.Collaborate with transaction coordinators and marketing staff to ensure a smooth closing process.Participate in weekly training and coaching sessions.Stay updated on Charleston market trends to provide clients with the best guidance.
    Qualifications:Valid South Carolina real estate license required.Coachable and willing to follow a proven system while taking direction from leadership.Strong work ethic with a commitment to consistency, accountability, and showing up.Ability to build genuine rapport, trust, and lasting relationships with clients.Located in, or willing to serve, the Charleston tri-county area.


    No long track record required. We have agents who started with zero experience and went on to build thriving businesses here. What we value most is coachability, commitment, and the right attitude.


    Compensation:
