    Davenergy Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Architect (Construction Management) to provide onsite Construction Facilities Management (CFM) support at the West Haven VA Medical Center in West Haven, CT. This role supports major renovation and construction efforts within an active VA medical facility by providing architectural and construction management support in accordance with Government requirements

    Requirements:Ability to perform full-time onsite architectural support at an occupied VA medical facility.Working knowledge of federal construction processes and applicable VA standards, codes, and guidelines.Experience supporting architectural elements including building envelope, interiors, finishes, life safety, accessibility, and space planning within healthcare facilities.Ability to review construction documents, contractor submittals, RFIs/RFCs, schedules, and proposed changes and provide architectural recommendations to the Government COR.Experience conducting site observations and identifying architectural deficiencies, discrepancies, and non-conforming work.Ability to support schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risk considerations related to architectural scope.Experience maintaining project documentation including inspection reports, daily logs, meeting minutes, correspondence, RFIs, submittals, and As-built and closeout documentationAbility to participate in project meetings, site walks, and coordination with contractors, designers, and Government stakeholders.Knowledge of NFPA Life Safety Code, ADA, UFAS, and other applicable healthcare-related regulatory requirements.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Kahua or other VA/federal construction management systems preferred.

    Relevant Experience

    Experience providing architectural or construction management support for healthcare, VA, or federally funded construction projects.Experience supporting renovation and major construction projects within active medical facilities.Experience reviewing architectural construction for compliance with contract documents, codes, and life safety requirements.Prior VA, VISN, Department of Defense, or other federal healthcare facility experience strongly preferred.

    Education

    A degree in Architecture from an accredited institution of higher learning and/or demonstrated architectural experience in a construction or facilities environment.Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience; healthcare or federal facilities experience strongly preferred.

    Davenergy Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Project Manager to provide onsite support at Defense Health Agency (DHA) medical facilities located at Minot Air Force Base, ND. This role will support Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) projects within active military medical treatment facilities.

    Requirements:Ability to perform onsite Project Management services at an active medical treatment facility.Working knowledge of federal construction processes and compliance with USACE, DHA, and DoD standards.Experience supporting schedule, cost, safety, quality, risk, and change management functions.Ability to review contractor submittals, RFIs/RFCs, schedules, and change requests and provide recommendations to the Government COR.Experience identifying construction deficiencies, discrepancies, and non-conforming work.Experience maintaining project documentation including daily logs, inspection reports, meeting minutes, schedules, correspondence, RFIs, submittals, and closeout documentation.Ability to support weekly progress meetings and coordinate with contractors, designers, and Government stakeholders.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; USACE RMS experience preferred.Ability to work onsite 40 hours per week; occasional adjusted hours may be required.

    Relevant Experience

    Experience providing onsite Project Management support for healthcare, military, or federally funded construction projects.Experience supporting SRM/O&M, renovation, and small construction projects.Experience working within occupied medical facilities.Prior DHA, DoD, USACE, or federal healthcare project experience strongly preferred.

    Education

    A degree from an accredited institution of higher learning and/or demonstrated project management or construction-related experience.Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, or 2 years of medical project management experience.

    Davenergy is seeking a remote full-time Professional Field Electrical Technician to join our dynamic and growing engineering consulting practice. We are looking for motivated candidates who can grow with this department. The selected applicant will conduct commissioning, retro-commissioning, engineering feasibility analysis, electrical studies, field arc flash data gathering, and field data collection assistance services on a variety of building types. Experience performing electrical systems testing, and existing electrical system data collection is a requirement for applying to this position.


    This position will require you to perform field inspections of government, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and institutional properties. You will collect relevant information to help perform existing condition assessments, electrical one line documentation, arc flash studies, and to provide recommendations for critical power upgrades. The ideal candidate will be adaptive to working with all property types, and knowledgeable about a variety of electrical distribution systems. The successful candidate may also be expected help perform commissioning activities, construction verification, and field functional testing. Depending on project capacity, this candidate may also be expected to assist in limited mechanical design field verification.

    Requirements:Site survey and analysis Commissioning of new construction buildings Critical power and infrastructure testing and assessment Arc Flash analysis and associated data collection Facility circuit tracing and verification An understanding of and experience with a variety of electrical distribution systems Ability to read and understand electrical system documentation to include on-line drawings, and electrical schematics Experience with medium voltage and low voltage power distribution Familiarity with NFPA, NEC, NETA, and IECC standards Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, Plumbing, IT/Com, ect.) Excellent report writing skills, computer and internet skills Excellent communication and management skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to complete assignments on-time and within budget Ability to travel on short notice (1 week or less)

    Communication, Language, and Software Skills:

    Ability to utilize a variety of software programs to monitor, update, and produce work products by applying knowledge of computer literacy.Ability to exercise good interpersonal skills.

    Educational Requirements:
