    Overview:
    DataSoft Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Plumbing Designer to join our client in Greenville, SC. S3D + Extracted ISO Experience REQUIRED.

    Responsibilities:
    Highly skilled in computer aided design (CAD) with demonstrated experience with computer aided
    Use drafting applications to originate and produce drawings and 3D models of moderate to advanced complexity
    3D modeling experience required (S3D)
    Read, interpret, and generate design drawings of moderate to advanced complexity with minimal supervision from engineering. Must have the ability to walk down field systems with minimal guidance, interpret field direction, generate advanced design details, create new drawings, modify existing drawings, and direct, check and approve work done by other designers
    Ability to develop estimates, schedules, staffing requirements, progress reports, key quantities tracking reports, project scope of services, scope of facilities etc.
    Under general supervision of the Discipline Lead Engineer or Design Supervisor, serve as an Area Lead Designer providing guidance/supervision to designers
    Prepare and check designs of advanced complexity utilizing 3D modeling and 2D computer-aided drafting and design (CADD) automation tools
    Coordinate technical issues with other disciplines, project management, vendors and clients
    Execute work in compliance with Project Quality Plan and procedures
    Execute work in accordance with the approved project scope, cost and schedule baselines
    Perform bulk material take-off analysis and tabulations
    Provide technical support to activities associated with equipment and material procurement and subcontracting including review of vendor submittals
    Provide technical support to activities associated with construction administration including response to construction requests-for-information and field changes

    Qualifications:
    U.S. Citizenship required
    Must have a working knowledge of Federal (including Department of Energy Orders), State, and Local codes and standards applicable to specialized (nuclear or other areas) engineering design
    A combination of education and 10 years' experience (associate degree preferred) in drafting related to Engineering and Construction (nuclear preferred)
    Background and experience must include drafting/designer experience in engineering fields, such as electrical, mechanical, structural, communications, architectural, fire protection or civil. Plumbing Design is key.
    S3D + Extracted ISO Experience REQUIRED.
    Work-related experience designing HVAC or plumbing systems
    Working knowledge of applicable federal (including Department of Energy orders), state, and local codes and standards
    Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to project management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
    Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
    Advanced knowledge of discipline codes and standards
    Ability to perform work in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal codes, statutes and guidelines
    Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
    Intermediate computer and software skills to include proficiency in the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheet and electronic presentation programs
    Significant experience providing engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services on large industrial projects
    Proficiency executing large engineering projects utilizing 3D modeling and 2D CADD automation tools in a multi-discipline environment

    Discipline Specific Job Requirements
    Proficiency utilizing 3D modeling and 2D CADD automation tools in the design of HVAC or plumbing systems
    3D modeling and 2D design for plumbing/piping/piping/hvac.

    Preferred Qualifications
    Associate degree in related technical field of study
    Experience with design of systems, structures and components for nuclear facilities under the requirements of ASME NQA-1
    Knowledge of commercial availability and cost of materials
    Practical field experience
    EPC project experience for the following industries:
    U.S Department of Energy or other U.S. Federal Government Agency
    Nuclear facilities under a nuclear quality assurance program
    Manufacturing, pharmaceutical or biotechnology
    Advanced knowledge and proficiency using Intergraph Smart3D (S3D) software with minimum 3 years of experience

    Responsibilities:
    Position Summary
     
    As a Structural Engineering Professional, you will be an integral member of the design team counted on to assist in the performance of Structural analysis and design for our projects. You will need strong communication and interpersonal skills as you work closely with your Structural Lead, Structural Engineers, Structural Designers, and other disciplines. As part of this team, you will help develop design concepts, complete the analysis and design, and work with our Designers to get the structural requirements communicated on design documents and in the model.
     
    It is expected that you are developing a solid foundation in the fundamentals of Structural Engineering, are gaining experience in multiple subject areas, and are learning how Structural design integrates with and impacts other disciplines.     We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support Senior Leadership at the federal client. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role providing administrative and procurement support to senior executives within a federal environment.
     
    Position Overview
    The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to designated Senior Leaders and their offices. This role requires exceptional organization, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional federal setting.
    This is an onsite position at Headquarters in Washington, DC. Telework is not authorized except for episodic situations approved in advance.
     
    Key Responsibilities
    Manage and prioritize high-volume workflow for Senior Leaders
    Schedule meetings, appointments, and special event participation
