Position Overview
We are seeking 3 Project Managers with Data Hall Experience:
2 Project Managers - Electrical Background (power distribution, UPS, critical power systems)1 Project Manager - Cooling/Piping Background (chilled water, cooling systems, mechanical piping)These roles manage data hall construction from planning through commissioning, ensuring electrical and mechanical systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Do
Project Management:
Manage data hall construction projects ($10M - $50M+)Develop and manage project schedules and budgetsCoordinate with general contractors, MEP contractors, and subcontractorsTrack change orders (COs) and RFIsEnsure on-time, on-budget project deliveryProvide regular updates to clients and senior leadershipFor Electrical PM Positions (2 openings):
Data Hall Electrical Systems:
Oversee electrical distribution systems (MV/LV, 480V, 208V, 120V)Manage UPS installations (N+1, 2N, distributed redundant configurations)Coordinate generator and ATS/STS installationsOversee busway and power distribution installationsManage electrical testing and commissioningEnsure compliance with NEC and data center standardsTechnical Oversight:
Review electrical drawings, one-lines, and specificationsEnsure compliance with design specificationsProvide technical guidance on critical power systemsCoordinate with electrical engineers on design intentOversee quality control and electrical inspectionsFor Cooling/Piping PM Position (1 opening):
Data Hall Cooling Systems:
Oversee chilled water systems and cooling infrastructureManage mechanical piping installations (chilled water, condenser water)Coordinate CRAC/CRAH unit installationsOversee cooling distribution and piping systemsManage mechanical testing and commissioningEnsure proper integration with electrical systemsTechnical Oversight:

For Electrical PM Positions:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects for data center facilities. This role requires a strong technical background in medium voltage (MV) and low voltage (LV) distribution systems, controls wiring, and the ability to manage all aspects of project execution from design review through commissioning.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on industrial electrical construction experience and the technical expertise to lead complex electrical projects in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Project Management:
Manage electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget deliveryCoordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and client stakeholdersOversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocationLead project meetings and provide regular status updates to senior leadershipTechnical Oversight:
Review and interpret project schematics, specifications, and electrical drawingsEnsure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) requirements and all applicable codesProvide technical guidance on MV distribution systems, LV distribution systems, and controls wiringConduct quality control reviews and inspections throughout project lifecycleChange Management:
Track and manage Change Orders (CO's) and Request for Information (RFI's)Coordinate CO pricing, approvals, and implementation with project teamsMaintain accurate project documentation and change order logsEnsure all changes are properly documented and communicatedTeam Leadership:
