    Position Overview

    We are seeking 3 Project Managers with Data Hall Experience:

    2 Project Managers - Electrical Background (power distribution, UPS, critical power systems)1 Project Manager - Cooling/Piping Background (chilled water, cooling systems, mechanical piping)

    These roles manage data hall construction from planning through commissioning, ensuring electrical and mechanical systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


    What You'll Do

    Project Management:

    Manage data hall construction projects ($10M - $50M+)Develop and manage project schedules and budgetsCoordinate with general contractors, MEP contractors, and subcontractorsTrack change orders (COs) and RFIsEnsure on-time, on-budget project deliveryProvide regular updates to clients and senior leadership

    For Electrical PM Positions (2 openings):

    Data Hall Electrical Systems:

    Oversee electrical distribution systems (MV/LV, 480V, 208V, 120V)Manage UPS installations (N+1, 2N, distributed redundant configurations)Coordinate generator and ATS/STS installationsOversee busway and power distribution installationsManage electrical testing and commissioningEnsure compliance with NEC and data center standards

    Technical Oversight:

    Review electrical drawings, one-lines, and specificationsEnsure compliance with design specificationsProvide technical guidance on critical power systemsCoordinate with electrical engineers on design intentOversee quality control and electrical inspections


    For Cooling/Piping PM Position (1 opening):

    Data Hall Cooling Systems:

    Oversee chilled water systems and cooling infrastructureManage mechanical piping installations (chilled water, condenser water)Coordinate CRAC/CRAH unit installationsOversee cooling distribution and piping systemsManage mechanical testing and commissioningEnsure proper integration with electrical systems

    Technical Oversight:

    Review mechanical and piping drawingsEnsure compliance with design specificationsProvide technical guidance on cooling systemsCoordinate with mechanical engineers on design intentOversee quality control and mechanical inspections


    Required Qualifications

    For Electrical PM Positions:

    5-10 years project management experience with electrical systems (required)Data hall or data center electrical experience (REQUIRED)Experience with critical power systems (UPS, generators, ATS/STS)Knowledge of MV/LV distribution systemsUnderstanding of power distribution and busway systemsNEC code knowledgeBudget and schedule management ($10M+ projects)

    For Cooling/Piping PM Position:

    5-10 years project management experience with mechanical/piping systems (required)Data hall or data center cooling experience (REQUIRED)Experience with chilled water systems and cooling infrastructureKnowledge of CRAC/CRAH units and cooling distributionUnderstanding of mechanical piping systemsExperience with mechanical commissioningBudget and schedule management ($10M+ projects)

    All Positions Require:

    Change order and RFI management experienceProcore, MS Project, or similar software proficiencyValid driver's licenseBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


    Preferred Qualifications

    Tier III or Tier IV data center experienceMultiple data center project experienceCommissioning experiencePMP certificationElectrical or mechanical engineering backgroundDesign-build project experienceExperience with hyperscale data centers

    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects for data center facilities. This role requires a strong technical background in medium voltage (MV) and low voltage (LV) distribution systems, controls wiring, and the ability to manage all aspects of project execution from design review through commissioning.

    The ideal candidate will have hands-on industrial electrical construction experience and the technical expertise to lead complex electrical projects in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.


    Project Management:

    Manage electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget deliveryCoordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and client stakeholdersOversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocationLead project meetings and provide regular status updates to senior leadership

    Technical Oversight:

    Review and interpret project schematics, specifications, and electrical drawingsEnsure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) requirements and all applicable codesProvide technical guidance on MV distribution systems, LV distribution systems, and controls wiringConduct quality control reviews and inspections throughout project lifecycle

    Change Management:
