The Data Center Facility Operations Technician ensures optimal performance of the building infrastructure by maintaining and troubleshooting critical systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. This role supports uninterrupted operation of mission-critical equipment in high-availability environments, responding swiftly to incidents and conducting preventative maintenance safely and efficiently. - Proven track record managing safety programs in construction or heavy industrial environments
- Deep knowledge of OSHA standards, EMR management, and incident investigation methodologies
- Experience managing subcontractor safety programs and owner/client safety requirements
- Expertise in high-hazard work including energized systems, crane/rigging operations, and permit-required work
- Strong communicator who can influence at all levels — field crews, leadership, and clients
- Ability to hold the line on safety standards under schedule and budget pressure
- CSP, CHST, or equivalent certification preferred

Position Overview
We are seeking 3 Project Managers with Data Hall Experience:
2 Project Managers - Electrical Background (power distribution, UPS, critical power systems)1 Project Manager - Cooling/Piping Background (chilled water, cooling systems, mechanical piping)These roles manage data hall construction from planning through commissioning, ensuring electrical and mechanical systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Do
Project Management:
Manage data hall construction projects ($10M - $50M+)Develop and manage project schedules and budgetsCoordinate with general contractors, MEP contractors, and subcontractorsTrack change orders (COs) and RFIsEnsure on-time, on-budget project deliveryProvide regular updates to clients and senior leadershipFor Electrical PM Positions (2 openings):
Data Hall Electrical Systems:
Oversee electrical distribution systems (MV/LV, 480V, 208V, 120V)Manage UPS installations (N+1, 2N, distributed redundant configurations)Coordinate generator and ATS/STS installationsOversee busway and power distribution installationsManage electrical testing and commissioningEnsure compliance with NEC and data center standardsTechnical Oversight:
