About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager (Player–Coach) to lead B2B sales efforts in the Jonesboro / Northeast Arkansas market.
This is a high-impact, quota-carrying leadership role, combining:

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive new business development within assigned territorySell office technology solutions including: Copiers & printersDocument managementNetwork managementVoIP & unified communicationsBuild strong relationships with business clientsIdentify opportunities and deliver customized solutionsLeadership (Player–Coach)
Manage and mentor a team of up to 2 sales representativesSupport team development, performance, and goal achievementLead by example through personal production and accountabilityAccount Growth & Customer Success
Maintain and grow existing accountsEnsure high levels of customer satisfactionPartner with internal teams to deliver resultsQualifications
3+ years of B2B outside sales experience1+ year of sales leadership or team management experience preferredProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to independently manage a sales territoryExperience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locallyWhat We Offer
