    Job Summary The Receiving Inspector (RI) inspects components, materials, and products then receives them into the Repair Station Quality System. The RI verifies parts and components are in compliance to purchase order, repair order, and work order requirements including Certification documents. Job Duties & Responsibilities * Accomplishes all work while following company and industry safety standards while maintaining the highest level of quality. * Adheres to all FAA Regulations, the Repair Station Quality Control Manual (RSQCM), and all other approved data. * Perform shipping/receiving inspections in compliance with company Quality Manuals and Procedures, as well as, governmental regulatory procedures and specifications. * Maintains quarantine area * Brings suspected unapproved parts to the attention of the Quality Assurance Manager * Mutilates scrap material and maintains log per Repair Station Quality Control Manual. * Use electrostatic protection type equipment. * Prepare necessary customer and/or company documents. * Complete and maintain reports and records as required. * Contributes to a positive work environment while maintaining the utmost level of professionalism at all times. * Able and willing to mentor others. * Works assigned shift and unscheduled overtime as-needed or requested. * Maintains a clean and organized work area at all times and adheres to company dress standards. * Perform all other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company. Qualifications * High school graduate or equivalent with additional courses in aircraft maintenance in recognized service or technical school programs. * 2+ years of experience in aviation or equivalent preferred. * Be familiar with relative FAA/EASA regulations and requirements. * Must have working knowledge of Quality Inspection processes and procedures. * Intermediate computer skills. * Previous FAA Repairman's Certificate preferred. * Previous Quality Control experience preferred. * Corridor software experience preferred Read Less

    Job Duties & Responsibilities Accomplishes all work following company and industry safety standards, maintaining the highest level of quality while ensuring all assigned AMTs also comply. Adheres to all FAA Regulations, the Repair Station Quality Control Manual (RSQCM), and all other approved data. Directly supervises assigned team. Provides technical leadership and training for their assigned team Ensures all documents are signed off completely, properly and in a timely manner in accordance with the RSQCM. Responsible for bidding, planning and scheduling projects. Works with supporting departments to ensure successful completion of jobs. Works aircraft squawks and repairs as needed. Able to anticipate problems that potentially can occur during aircraft maintenance and plan accordingly. Contributes to a positive work environment while maintaining the utmost level of professionalism at all times. Works assigned shift and unscheduled overtime as-needed or requested. Able to travel and perform AOG maintenance. Regularly communicates directly with customers and vendors Maintains a clean and organized work area at all times and adheres to company dress standards. Perform all other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent with additional courses in aircraft maintenance in recognized service or technical school programs. A&P License Required 7+ years Falcon experience preferred. Intermediate supervisory training or equivalent experience required. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Advanced skill with Corridor, Field 6, and other data. Successful completion of all AMT-Lead assigned tasks or equivalent experience. Must have required tools (see approved minimum tool list). Working Conditions Works in a climate controlled hangars. (Heated and Cooled) Occasionally works outside on tarmac in atmospheric weather conditions. Physical Requirements Ability to wear and utilize personal protective equipment Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds with assistance Comfortable in tightly enclosed areas, heights involving lifts and ladders, as well as, flying. Requires the ability to perform all physical functions of the job (hear, stand, kneel, walk, etc.) Compensation and Benefits: The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
