Job Summary The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the timely and efficient flow of raw materials into high-quality finished products; may also include ensuring that equipment is maintained and in good repair. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. * Maintain efficient and timely flow of all raw materials received and finished products shipped. * Oversee the equipment used to process raw & finished materials is kept in good working order. * Effectively manage all instances of breakdowns and coordinates with Maintenance to ensure needed repairs are made in timely manner. * Lead continuous improvement efforts in all areas of responsibility. * Responsible for achieving individual and department targets, goals and objectives. * Responsible for observing all Company safety rules and regulations, recognize safety as top Company priority and conduct/participate regularly scheduled safety meetings with plant staff. * Assist in conducting investigation of accidents that occur within jurisdiction and makes recommendations to Plant Safety Committee. * All other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent. * Require 1-2 years of prior experience in a supervisory/management capacity. * Minimum of 2-3 years of prior work experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Technical school certificate or Associates Degree preferred. * Labor relations background and experience with leadership & training. * Good understanding of production maintenance and repair protocols.     Job Summary The Territory Supervisor is primarily responsible for the retention and service excellence of independent raw material accounts within an assigned territory. This role acts as the local "boots on the ground" presence for the assigned operations region, building deep, lasting relationships with existing suppliers to ensure satisfaction, stop customer loss, and protect route volume. The Territory Supervisor serves as the primary customer advocate and problem-solver in the field. This position supports strategic growth by gathering market intelligence, collaborating closely with Account Executives on new business opportunities, and acting on their own new business opportunities as appropriate when in the field. (All wire, conduit, raceways, etc.) All should be stored in a clean, safe manner. Responsible for company issued tools. (ex: benders, punches, labeler, drills, etc., are to be cleaned and stored when not in use) All other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED. Minimum 2-3 years Ladder Logic and programming of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers). Prior electrical background required.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Journeyman's license preferred.

    Physical Demands

    The position requires occasional lifting objects up to 100 lbs. The position frequently requires movement in the full range of physical motion.Occasional long hours required during change-outs/switch-over. The position requires driving and flying on a regular basis to the jobsites.

    Work Environment

    Job functions will be carried out in plant environments and/or in personal vehicle as required. Temperature will fluctuate depending on outside conditions.
