    Join to apply for the Production Specialist role at Darigold Darigold is looking for a Production Specialist who can sit at the Bozeman, Montana or Spokane, Washington plant. The Production Specialist must possess the desire and ability to manage a variety of responsibilities such as data entry, reporting tasks and daily production and shipment recording. The Production Specialist reports to the Controller and has a key role in daily reporting requirements requiring Excel and analytical skills. Occasional overtime may be required. Pay rate: $19.43 - $29.15 per hour What You Will Do Production reporting and reconciliation data entry of production activity in Enterprise systems, compile data and report on results. Close production batches for bulk and finished goods items, check for pending, WIP, completed batches. Audit ingredient and packaging usage and work with the plant finance team to submit bill of material updates. Analyze potential variances associated with changes. Receiving of milk and cream loads into the plant, retrieve and enter lab results, report on discrepancies and work with corporate teams to reconcile. Finished good, packaging and ingredient adjustments based on cycle count results. Other duties as assigned. What You Bring Intermediate skills with Excel, Word and Outlook, including pivot tables and charting. Strong analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, conveying information clearly and effectively through both formal and informal documents. Emphasis on details, accuracy and precision of transactions. Excellent ability to organize information, manage tasks and projects, and use available tools to effectively contribute to the organization. Ability to work well with others in a team environment. Must be able to work on projects with minimal supervision. Ability to solve problems. Willing to work occasional weekend or holidays to meet deadlines. Nice to Have Previous experience compiling reports, preferably in a manufacturing environment. College coursework in Business, finance, accounting, or supply chain preferred.     Darigold is seeking to fill a UP Cooler Operator position at our Boise facility. UP Cooler production workers must be motivated and desire to be members of a self-activating team that works safely and drives quality on the production line. The ideal candidates for this role excel in a fast paced, rigorous environment and thrive in a team-based work setting. What You Will Do * Palletizing of milk product; Hand stacking or line pull of product as required * Printing and validating batch packets; operates scan gun and verifies that data and documentation are accurate reconciled, balanced, printed, collected, and passed on through appropriate channels * Works in close collaboration with the filler operator * Working in conjunction with the Supervisor and Filler Operator on shift will cross train on the UP filler processes and operations * Tracks inventory of product packaged and packaging materials and pallets needed * Pulls packaging materials for use * Safely uses palletizer and shrink wrap machine * Safely operate a forklift or powered pallet jack; loads product for transfer to Market Street Warehouse * Performs CIP sanitation of the Cooler area; maintains organization of the work area; and performs ongoing cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks in compliance with good manufacturing and warehouse practices * Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
