EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

As our business has expanded, we have an immediate need to add specialized experts to our physician panel to support Texas Counter-Affidavit (Section 18.001) challenges and expert witness requests.

Job SummaryAs a Physician Reviewer/Advisor supporting Dane Street Legal Services, you will leverage your specialized clinical expertise in biomechanics, injury mechanisms, and force causation analysis. You will review medical records, accident data, or imaging to determine whether specific clinical treatments were necessitated by a given event, and whether the associated billing reflects usual and customary rates.
The expert will directly support the Texas Counter-Affidavit process and must be available to serve as a deposition and trial expert.
