Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Must have a basic understanding of warehouse proceduresUnderstand the layout of the warehouse and bin location system.Gathers materials/product from the warehouse to package/assemble for shipment or customer pick-up.Ensures the efficient loading and unloading of all vehiclesVerifies accuracy/receipt of loads, shippers, logs, bills of lading Receives material and outside service work. Can transact inventory for use in the manufacturing process.Must tag and place the incoming material to the proper bin locations in the warehouse for future use.Operate a forkliftCycle CountingEquipment List

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Finishing products by grinding, deburring, filing, sanding, polishing to the quality level required.Examine work pieces for defects using proper measuring tools to ensure conformance with specifications. Inspect and feel surface of metal to detect defects, such as dents or scratches and repair as applicableAble to use straight-liner, hand grinders, finishing equipment, finishing tumbler, etc.Utilize blueprints to perform jobClean equipment as needed prior to changeovers or at the end of the shiftAble to work with various materials; carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steelUnderstand duties prior to beginning each job by reviewing work orders, blueprints, materials, specifications, parameters, and location of surfaces.Operate forklift, crane and other material handling operations as requiredThe job description outlined above is not intended to be a detailed list of job functions or responsibilities.
