Job Description Our Client's Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is dedicated to delivering a portfolio of solutions that improve the small businesses' success in the U.S. by addressing their top needs, ranging from invoicing to payroll, accounting, payments, and lending. Within the QuickBooks team, the Workforce Solutions (WFS) team offers industry-leading payroll in addition to HR solutions, team management, and benefits to help small businesses pay and take care of their teams. The Staff Product Marketing Manager, WFS Sales is responsible for operationalizing sales goals for our money portfolio by serving as the primary product marketing point of contact to the sales teams. Your primary focus will be to ensure the successful execution of go-to-market strategies across SMB and MM sales teams, acting as the liaison between sales, marketing channels, and product. You will scale proven tactics and collateral to the CS Lead Pass, Mass Sales, MM/IES teams, and Accountant Sales teams. Success metrics: operationalize annual targets for customer & revenue growth in the sales channel for the QuickBooks portfolio of Workforce Solutions (Online Payroll, Human Capital Management). Key Responsibilities: Function as the primary liaison between the sales, marketing, product, and customer success functions to ensure alignment on value proposition, positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and customer experience for the QuickBooks portfolio of financial services. Partner with Product Marketing & Sales to execute go-to-market plans in the sales channel, including awareness, product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. Develop clear and concise collateral to help sales teams effectively communicate product benefits to customers; ensure quality and consistency of full portfolio of sales enablement materials. Partner closely with the Sales Enablement team to provide necessary training, certifications, resources, and support to achieve sales targets. Coordinate with the product marketing leads and channel partners to develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads for the sales channel based on key triggers from touchpoints like email, webinars, events, digital acquisition, in-product display, and paid channels. Analyze and share sales and customer VOC, market trends and competitor activity to cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and customer success. Drive sales success and product innovation by distilling relevant insights on customer needs, foundational product capabilities, and opportunities to enhance sales tools for growth and improvement. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and marketing efforts for the Workforce portfolio. Your expertise will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the exacting technical specifications required for data center excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about telecommunications technology, thrives in complex project environments, and has a deep understanding of data center infrastructure requirements. You will work with multidisciplinary teams including facility owners, contractors, and vendors while managing the technical and logistical aspects of telecommunications infrastructure deployment. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge hyperscale data center projects where system reliability, scalability, and performance are paramount to supporting digital infrastructure operations. Duties and Responsibilities Design telecom projects from conceptual design through construction administration Establish flexible and scalable frameworks for transmitting data, voice, video, and information among diverse systems Design structured cabling systems for data centers including backbone and horizontal distribution Design fiber optic cabling systems providing backbone for high-speed data transmission Develop telecommunications infrastructure plans for hyperscale and enterprise data centers Install and coordinate installation of new or modified hardware, software, and programming modules Oversee installation of copper and fiber optic cable systems in critical environments Manage installation of closet hardware including connecting blocks, fiber enclosures, racks, and patch panels Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and facility teams during project implementation Ensure compliance with TIA-942 data center telecommunications standards Provide technical guidance on telecommunications architecture and design decisions Support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of telecommunications systems Required Experience/Skills 4-5 years of experience in telecommunications project engineering, preferably in data centers Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and critical facility requirements Experience with fiber optic systems design, installation, and implementation Understanding of structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC) Project management experience in critical facility environments Knowledge of high-density fiber optic backbone systems and structured cabling Experience with network equipment connectivity and patching strategies Understanding of data center network topologies (spine-leaf, three-tier) Proficiency in CAD software for telecommunications design Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments Excellent coordination and communication skills with multiple stakeholders Nice-to-Haves Experience with hyperscale data center projects and cloud service provider requirements Knowledge of data center power and cooling integration systems Fiber optic splicing and testing certifications Experience with MPO/MTP connectivity and high-density solutions Familiarity with cable management and pathway design tools Knowledge of network monitoring and management systems integration Experience with cross-connect and meet-me-room design Understanding of redundant pathways and diverse routing design Project management certification (PMP) preferred Education Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
