Job Description As a Software Developer, you will be a key member of a small, collaborative Agile team working onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA at least two days per week. You will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and maintenance of .NET-based applications that serve critical business domains. This role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, contributing technical expertise while also learning and growing domain knowledge. You will support multiple software factory projects of varying scope, with the opportunity to expand your technical skills while taking on greater responsibility as projects scale. Daily work includes participation in team-level scrum meetings, task planning, and review sessions. Success in this role requires the ability to design, build, and test quality software while adapting to evolving project demands.
