You'll be the liaison for communication and coordination among customers, technicians, and internal teams.
Your day includes:
Answering phones and assisting customersScheduling leads and coordinating service callsDispatching installation and service teamsManaging the workflow of sold electrical projects from start to finishCommunicating consistently with clients through project completionCoordinating logistics and installation schedulesWorking with city and county permitsSupporting PG&E‑related coordinationMonitoring project costs and efficiencyHandling light administrative and office support tasksAssisting management and helping retain clients through excellent serviceQUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR PROJECT COORDINATOR - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
