    Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am to 3:30 pm, with lunch provided daily. Availability to pick up additional shifts working with youth in a residential setting.

    Responsibilities:

    Case Managers at the Ranch oversee the treatment planning process for 8-10 families at a time by:

    Actively engaging with youth, families, the Ranch treatment team, and external resources to create and manage a single plan of care for each child.Monitoring the treatment plan to ensure the child's goals are being met.Working with a multidisciplinary team to assess the youth's needs and coordinate services.Providing continuous youth, family, and custodian contact.Serving as an advocate for youth.Empowering families by teaching them how to communicate with each other, create daily schedules, and manage behaviors and medications.

    Qualifications:

    Case Managers at the Ranch:

    As a Residential Treatment Specialist, you are an integral part of our team, requiring the ability to motivate, de-escalate, and coach youth during their time with us and be a key influence on putting our Ranch culture of Purpose, Caring, and Learning into action.


    Purpose:

    You recognize our kids by their strengths and do not judge or interact with them based on their history or behavior

    Guide youth to reach their goals by fostering relationships through positive role-modeling and positive, supportive influence Maintain supervision of youth, providing oversight and care for youth in residential and community settings

    Caring:

    You create a warm, welcoming environment that provides a safe place for kids to grow and learn and for staff to thrive.

    Provide information and interact with parents, referring workers, therapists, and other professionals concerning the status of clients Implement interventions on youth's treatment plans and evaluate progress.

    Learning:

    You evaluate our programs, attend trainings, and integrate new practices to ensure our kids and families receive the best care we can provide.

    Participate in clinical programming activities with clients (i.e., groups, recreation, therapeutic riding, etc.) Record observations relating to actions and behavior of youth and maintain records and reports as required, daily documentation, i.e., weeklies, logs


    Minimum qualifications/education:

    Must be 21 or older at the time of application.  High school diploma or equivalent.   Must pass a background check, including criminal, abuse, and motor vehicle Post-secondary studies in social science, psychology, behavioral health, or human service-related fields are preferred but not required.
