    In this role, you will support a range of creative initiatives, from adaptive brand work to higher-level concept development, with a focus on A&A style brand photography and retail marketing. Strong portfolio demonstrating current Apparel & Accessories creative work, including photography art direction and visual storytelling. Experience developing and presenting creative concepts that align with brand strategy and seasonal business objectives. Demonstrated ability to translate brand direction into elevated, style-forward creative solutions. Strong aesthetic judgment with a keen eye for fashion, styling, composition, and visual trends. Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced creative environment. Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to confidently present creative work and influence stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously. Must be able to work onsite 2 days per week.
