Position Summary
Daedalus Industrial is seeking a Quality Systems & Program Manager to lead a client-facing Panel Quality Management System (PQMS) supporting large-scale data center construction and control panel manufacturing programs.
This role is responsible for quality governance across multiple manufacturing partners while advancing Daedalus' internal quality systems, procedures, and tools. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise, program leadership, and practical execution to improve quality, consistency, and scalability across both client and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Program Leadership
Lead administration of the Panel Quality Management System (PQMS) across approved manufacturing partners Serve as primary interface for client-facing quality program execution Develop and maintain inspection standards, scorecards, compliance frameworks, and performance metrics Oversee vendor onboarding, qualification, audits, and ongoing performance evaluation Provide KPI reporting, trend analysis, and executive-level summariesQuality Systems & Continuous Improvement
Develop and standardize QA/QC procedures, documentation, and inspection tools Ensure compliance with UL508A, NEC, and client-specific standards Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities and corrective action programs Administer revision control and change management processes Identify opportunities to improve quality, consistency, and manufacturing efficiencyCross-Functional & Field Support
Collaborate with Build Partners, Engineers of Record, commissioning teams, and internal project teams Capture and integrate field feedback into quality systems and standards Support resolution of manufacturing and installation-related issues Promote alignment between design intent, manufacturing execution, and field performance Support implementation of quality-related tooling and automation initiatives as appropriateRequired Qualifications
8+ years of experience in control panel manufacturing, QA/QC, or electrical/automation systemsStrong knowledge of UL508A, NEC, and industrial control panel standardsExperience developing or managing quality systems or inspection programsDemonstrated experience with Root Cause Analysis and corrective action processesAbility to operate at both program (strategic) and field (tactical) levelsPreferred Qualifications

Position Summary
The Low Voltage Electrician / Technician is responsible for installing, terminating, testing, and troubleshooting low voltage systems in data center and construction environments. This role requires extensive travel (up to 90%), strong controls experience, advanced cable termination skills, and the ability to maintain high workmanship standards in demanding job site conditions.
The ideal candidate is technically proficient, safety-focused, capable of leading small crews, and comfortable working independently in high-performance construction environments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Installation & Termination
Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low voltage systems.Perform high-quality I/O, Cat6, and fiber optic terminations, including splicing and testing.Install and wire control panels and control devices.Install conduit and pull cable.Maintain cable management and labeling standards.Technical Execution
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.Perform system testing, commissioning, and redline documentation.Diagnosing and troubleshoot wiring issues quickly under pressure.Support integration with Building Automation Systems (BAS).Project Execution & Field Leadership
Manage scope in the field and identify potential change orders.Assist with material planning and staging.Maintain schedule awareness and ensure work aligns with construction sequencing.Lead small crews (2–6 technicians) when required.Coordinate effectively with general contractors, project managers, and other trades.Documentation & Compliance
Complete as-built documentation and redlines accurately.Maintain compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.Adhere to all company safety standards and PPE requirements.Professionalism & Client Interaction
Communicate clearly with site supervisors and stakeholders.Maintain professionalism under pressure.Explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders when necessary.Support conflict resolution and maintain positive job site relationships.Qualifications
Education & Experience
Proven experience as a Low Voltage Electrician or similar role.Strong controls wiring and troubleshooting experience.Extensive hands-on experience terminating I/O, Cat6, and fiber optic cabling.OSHA 30 Certification (required).Valid driver's license with clean driving record.Skills & Competencies
