About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to manage daily administrative operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors. Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
Compensation: $22-24/hr
Job Responsibilities:Manage front desk operations, greeting and assisting all visitors with professionalism and a customer-first attitudeMaintain monthly supply orders and monitor inventory levelsProvide administrative backup and support to other markets when neededParticipate in ongoing Administrative Assistant training and leadership development programsAssist with coordination of vendor services, maintenance requests, and building or property-related issuesCommunicate with tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely resolution of property needs
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email, fax, and multi-line phone systemsStrong ability to multitask across multiple software platforms and screensExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented and able to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervisionPrior property management experience highly preferre
Physical & Work Requirements:Ability to lift 15-20 lbs. as neededAbility to sit for extended periods (8-10 hours) at a computer workstation
